Bronco Lift Kit Installation in Chandler, AZ

Bronco Lift Kit Installation in Chandler, AZ

Chandler runs on schedules — the morning slog up the 202, the Gilbert Rd commute into the tech corridors around Price and Chandler Blvd, school pickups, then a Saturday break for the pavement out to Box Canyon or up the Beeline. Your Bronco has to do all of it. At Underdog Motorsports we build Broncos that keep their on-road manners for the weekday grind and still walk out to the desert when Chandler finally clocks out. We're about 15–25 minutes east on the 202, right on Power Rd near Baseline.

Every Bronco lift we install includes a proper alignment, front and rear done right, and no spacer lifts — not now, not ever.

Bronco Builds for How Chandler Drives

The sixth-gen Bronco isn't a leaf-sprung truck and it shouldn't be treated like one. Up front it runs an independent (IFS) coilover setup, and out back it's a five-link with coil springs, not leaves — that architecture is exactly why a well-planned Bronco rides so well on the 202 and still articulates over rock. The trap is a cheap spacer or a bolt-on strut top hat that jacks up ride height without fixing geometry. We don't do that. We tune the coilover front and the coil rear together so a Chandler commuter Bronco stays flat and quiet on the highway instead of getting that harsh, top-heavy shudder over expansion joints.

A lot of the Broncos we see out of Chandler are Sasquatch trucks. Sasquatch left the factory on 35s with Bilstein dampers, and that package is genuinely good — right up until you want more tire or you start pushing the shocks hard on a hot day out at Box Canyon and they fade. From there the natural path is a set of ICON, FOX, OME or King components matched to your weight and how you actually drive, clearing 35s comfortably or stepping up to 37s. Once you're past roughly 2–3 inches of lift, we add upper control arms (UCAs) to correct the front geometry so your alignment holds, your tires wear evenly, and the truck tracks straight on that daily Gilbert Rd run. Whether it's a base Bronco you want leveled and set up for weekend Beeline desert or a Badlands headed for 37s, we spec the tier that fits — no over-selling.

What We Install on Your Bronco

Suspension & Lift

Coilover-front and coil-rear systems from ICON, FOX, Bilstein, OME and King — leveled or full lifts, tuned for Chandler pavement and desert, alignment included.

Wheels & Tires

35s and 37s sized and fit right for the Bronco, with the backspacing and load rating to match how you drive — not just what looks big.

Armor & Bumpers

Steel and aluminum bumpers, rock rails and skid protection so Box Canyon ledges don't cost you a rocker panel.

Lighting

Ditch lights, light bars and pods wired clean for early starts and late runs back down the Beeline after dark.

Overland Setups

Racks, drawers, air and recovery gear to turn a Chandler daily driver into a weekend basecamp rig.

Alignment

Included on every install. We reset caster, camber and toe — and add UCAs past ~2–3" — so your Bronco tracks true on the 202.

Chandler Bronco Lift Questions

How far is the shop from Chandler?

We're at 1845 S Power Rd in Mesa, near Power & Baseline — about 15–25 minutes from most of Chandler, straight east on the 202 or up Gilbert Rd. Easy to drop off before work or on a Saturday.

Do I need upper control arms on my Bronco?

Once you go past roughly 2–3 inches of lift, yes. The Bronco's IFS front needs UCAs to restore proper geometry so your alignment holds, tires wear evenly, and the truck drives straight. We'll tell you honestly whether your setup needs them.

My Sasquatch already has 35s and Bilsteins — is a lift worth it?

Often, yes. The factory Sasquatch package is solid but many owners outgrow it — they want 37s, more travel, or shocks that don't fade on hot desert runs. We build on what you have rather than replacing good parts for the sake of it.

Will a lift ruin my daily drive up the 202?

Not when it's done right. Because we tune the coilover front and coil rear together — and never use spacers — a properly built Bronco stays composed and quiet on the highway. That on-road manners piece is the whole point.

Can you clear 37s on a Bronco?

Yes. Depending on trim and how much trimming you're comfortable with, we can get you cleanly onto 37s with the right lift height, wheel spec and control arms. We'll walk you through the trade-offs for a Chandler daily.

Is the alignment really included?

Every single install. A lift changes your suspension geometry, so skipping the alignment is how people ruin tires and steering feel. We consider it part of doing the job correctly, not an add-on.
