D2 Off-Road Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products showing any signs of installation, use, or damage are not eligible for return.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. This applies in both directions: original shipping costs will not be refunded, and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges — we do not provide return labels or cover return freight. Given the weight of our products, we recommend insuring your return shipment; items damaged in return transit are not eligible for refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund — minus the 15% restocking fee — will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

To start a return, contact us through the contact page on d2offroad.com before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.
